Here at Organization Eternal, we like to think of ourselves as an easy-going bunch, especially in comparison to some of the stricter Organizations out there. However, we do have a set of rules that we insist you adhere to.

Be sure that when you join you DO NOT COMMENT requesting to do so. Send all submissions and inquiries in a NOTE.

What You Need to Join

One original Nobody character
Being an Organization fan club, it goes without saying that you need a human-form Nobody original character in order to join. By original character we do mean ORIGINAL. They cannot be related in any way to any Square Enix character, ESPECIALLY none of those in Kingdom Hearts.
We also want to avoid looking or acting like these characters. For instance, don’t have your character have blue Axel hair. Just because you changed the color doesn’t make you original. Make your own character; don’t just alter someone else’s to fit your needs.

Your character needs to have their original name anagrammed with an “X” and a title that represents them. For instance, Xigbar’s title is “The Freeshooter.”
Your character needs to have an original element. This element cannot be the same as another member’s, or clash to heavily with it. If it overlaps, we will tell you to change it, so be careful. When choosing your element, check the Official Members List to make sure that your choice element has not already been claimed. Also, pay attention to the bottom of the list. There are certain elements we will not allow you to have so make sure you’ve read the banned power list.
Your character needs an original weapon as well. We do not allow any of the weapons of the original Organization XIII, and this does include the Keyblade. Like with your element, check the members list and the list at the bottom to make sure your weapon of choice will be allowed.

You are only allowed one character in this club. However, if you have other characters you wish to include in the RP, note the club about it and we will tell you if they can be allowed in. Please, do not just introduce characters out of nowhere.

Colored Character Sheet
In order to become a part of the club, we need a colored character sheet. This sheet needs to have a full-body or ¾-body picture of your Nobody OC IN COLOR as well as a picture of your weapon of choice. Other things such as your character’s information, a headshot, their lesser Nobody, or them in battle is optional. It is recommended, though, that you at least include the character info in the artist’s comments, if not on the picture itself.
We understand that you are not all brilliant artists. However, we do want decent work. If you are not a good artist, but still wish to join, please have someone else do your artwork for you and submit that instead.

Character Background
We need a brief description of your character’s past before you can enter. This may seem like an odd request, but it really helps us to see the originality of your character and help us determine whether or not the character should be allowed in. We encourage as much originality as possible. Created your own world? No problem! Both our superiors came from original worlds, and we love to hear about other people’s! Some crossovers are allowed, but try to avoid it, unless you’ve thought of something ORIGINAL. Something that not many others would think of using. Non-KH Disney worlds, Pixar worlds, and Studio Ghibli worlds are allowed.

Once you have all of this finished, send it to us in a NOTE. We will let you know about any problems and whether or not you are in.

When You Join
Read the Rules of the Club
Preferably before you submit your character sheet to us, or while you are waiting for us to respond for it, we need you to read the Rules of the Club (found on the journal page listed “Rules” on the header). We insist all members read and follow these rules at all times

Read About the Club
As well, we need you to read the “About the Club” page. This has vital information for RolePlaying, and if you do not wish to be constantly corrected, you will need to understand where, when, and how the RolePlay happens.

Trial Period
Unfortunately, we are now requiring a trial period for all newcomers in the Auxiliary RolePlay chatroom. We know this seems strange, but for the sanity of our Superiors, we are now making it a requirement to see how well you follow rules and how well you roleplay before you are allowed in. Once we’ve gone over your character and approved it, we will add you to the “Recruits” list in the Aux Chat and send you a link so you can meet us there.
When you reach this point, you will be added to the member's list and your element and weapon will be reserved. However, we will not upload anything for you yet, and if you do not pass your trial period, the element and weapon you chose will open up again.
